Verify Resource Files Location - Open Finder and navigate to: `~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/User Content/Add-Ins/PowerTools/Resources/` - Confirm the following folders exist: - SlideGallery - Icons 2. Check SlideGallery Files - Navigate to the SlideGallery folder - Verify the following PowerPoint files are present: - Advanced.pptx - Africa.pptx - Americas.pptx - Asia.pptx - Europe.pptx - Flows.pptx - Frameworks.pptx - Graphics.pptx - Icons.pptx - Infographics.pptx - Text_Layouts.pptx - Timelines.pptx (and other template files as shown in Image 3) 3. Check Icon Files - Navigate to the Icons folder - Verify the presence of icon .gif files 4. If Files Are Missing - Re-download the PowerTools installation package - Extract the contents to a temporary location - Copy the missing Resources folder and its contents to the correct location - Restart PowerPoint 5. If Files Are Present But Still Not Working - Check file permissions: - Select the Resources folder - Press Cmd + I to show info - Under Sharing & Permissions, ensure you have Read & Write access - If needed, click the lock icon and enter your password to modify permissions If the issue persists after following these steps, contact our support team for additional assistance.
